Seafood Spaghetti



Ingredients

Olive Oil
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 onion, finely chopped
4-5 clove of garlic, finely chopped
1 chilly, finely chopped
8 prawns
8 mussels
Squid / Crabstick (optional)
White wine
salt & pepper

Preparation for Spaghetti

1) Boil Water & Seaon with lots of salt
2) Put Spaghetti to boiling water

Preparation for seafood

1) Stir fry onions till soft


2)Put in mussel, add white wine, steam till cooked






4) Next, Stir fry garlic & chilly



5)Add Prawns or any other seafood (add white wine if you like),
Season with salt & pepper



6) Put in together with the mussel
Add Spaghetti to bowl and mix well. Serve while hot

I certainly love this dish not because it was cooked by my wife but it is just simply delicious especially when you use lots of garlic and chopped onion. You guys should just try it out.

can can but the wine will get evaporate when boiled, so should be "alcoholess", i can always make with stock hehe.

looks sumptuous! will try it out. should the spag be cooked concurrently with the morsels? cos' the spag will most often becomes alittle dry when put aside... whilst the morsels are in the frying..unless to add in more olive oil??

The Spaghetti takes 8 mins to cook, so time it well with the seafood. Thus the mussels got to be steam 1st, set aside. Once the Spag goes into the boiler, start to stir fry the seafood, which shld be cooked quite fast. If the seafood are cooked faster than the Spag, thats fine as the Spag will warm the seafood again when mix together, and thus dish will serve warm.
